Here’s what I’ve personally done—and now guide my clients to do—to bring blood pressure back into harmony naturally:
🥗 1. Clean the Gut, Clear the Mind
A healthy gut supports heart health. Incorporate:
Apple cider vinegar with lemon, cayenne, and flax
Fermented foods like kefir, sauerkraut, and yogurt
Fiber-rich greens like kale and cabbage
These reduce inflammation and help the body eliminate toxins, which supports healthy blood pressure.
🕊️ 2. Calm the Nervous System
Stress = tension = higher blood pressure. Period.
Chanting, deep breathing, and guided meditation are proven to lower cortisol and relax blood vessels.
Petting animals or spending time in nature also creates a parasympathetic (healing) response.

Forget the gym pressure. I play pickleball regularly, and it’s fun, social, and gets the heart pumping. Movement:
